A position has opened up within the Engineering team at Vitters Shipyard for a senior systems engineer working 38 hours per week.
What exactly will you be doing?
Imagine working at Vitters, where every day you can help build a yacht that’s designed entirely to the client’s specifications, and where every project presents new challenges. Does that sound good? Then become our new senior systems engineer!
As a systems engineer, you’ll work on the project team, which also includes a project leader, an engineering project manager, a production manager, and (lead) engineers. Each project team is involved in and/or responsible for a single project, from Sales to Service. The yachts are designed entirely to meet specific customer requirements, which means that every project presents its own unique challenges.
As a systems engineer, you are responsible for designing, integrating, and optimizing the technical systems of our custom-built superyachts. The position requires a broad and in-depth technical foundation, combined with the ability to assess systems holistically and ensure they function cohesively.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
