To support our team of professionals, we are looking for a Production Manager with a proactive attitude.

Your Profile

You will play a pivotal role in the production process of one of our prestigious yacht projects.
You will lead a team of skilled workers, temporary staff, and subcontractors.
You will coordinate all production-related activities from start to completion.
You will work closely with the project team, the project leader, and the engineering project manager to ensure that deadlines, budgets, specifications, and quality are met.
You will create work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
You motivate foremen, installation technicians, and other technical specialists to deliver outstanding work.
You resolve production issues and take steps to keep projects on track.
You will oversee compliance with health and safety regulations and quality control processes.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of production and production processes.
You will develop and implement more efficient work methods.
You address the concerns of employees and foster a positive work environment.

What are we looking for?

You must have at least an MBO+ level of education and a technical degree.
You have leadership skills and an eye for the human element.
You have sufficient technical knowledge to understand complex issues.
You have a good overview of the situation and experience with planning and organizing.
You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
You have strong communication skills.
You work proactively and have a positive attitude.

Who are you?

You have a technical background and extensive knowledge of yacht building.
You have a thorough understanding of how a ship works technically and how all its components are designed and integrated.
You’re a team player who enjoys working in a team environment, actively seeking collaboration with colleagues on the project team and staying informed about what’s going on within the team.
You have a good grasp of the big picture, are a strong planner, and aren’t afraid to make decisions.
You will effectively assign work to foremen and installation technicians and monitor progress.
You create a sense of safety and trust and use this to foster a positive work environment.
