Your Role as a Financial Associate
Accounts Payable and Project Accounting
Every day, you process dozens of purchase invoices, match invoices and orders in White Vision, identify discrepancies, and process everything in AFAS. You compile weekly payment batches and prepare bank transfers. You take a proactive approach: you go out to the shop floor to arrange approvals or resolve discrepancies with a project manager.
Payroll Administration
You will collect and process payroll updates, verify the output, and handle employee onboarding and offboarding in AFAS. Together with HR, you will ensure that all employees and temporary workers are properly registered and that all laws and regulations are complied with. You periodically review leave requests and time records, and prepare pro forma calculations and employer statements.

As a Financial Associate, you bring structure and clarity, even when there’s a lot going on at once. You work with precision, quickly identify discrepancies, and take initiative. You don’t wait for instructions, but actively seek collaboration with your immediate colleagues, HR, and the project team—you have strong communication skills and are approachable.
