Would you like to work on unique sailing yachts that sail all over the world? At Vitters Shipyard in Zwartsluis, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to build
the world’s most extraordinary custom sailing superyachts.
We build aluminum sailing yachts ranging from approximately 40 to 80 meters in length, fully tailored to the client’s wishes. These are not mass-produced vessels, but unique projects that combine engineering, craftsmanship, innovation, and creativity.
From engineering and project management to installation engineering, metalworking, electrical engineering, and support functions, every discipline contributes to a single exceptional end product.

At Vitters Shipyard, we believe in training the skilled professionals of the future. As a certified training company, we offer students, BBL apprentices, and new graduates the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of superyacht construction.
You’ll learn the trade directly on the job and contribute to our projects. You’ll be mentored by experienced colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge, experience, and passion for the trade with you.
